Cylinder Heads:
Duramax Cylinder Heads Stock heads all have “core shift” when they are manufactured. As good as CNC machining alone is there still may be a lot of material left behind. TTS follows up our 5 axis Cad/Cam, CNC machine porting with time consuming “Hand Blending” to remove material that is impossible for a CNC machine to get at, thereby further improving the airflow, while maintaining the structural integrity of the heads.

Duramax Billet Connecting Rods

While other manufacturers are cutting corners, using imported or low grade materials, TTS has kept costs down without lowering our standards. Every rod we make is hand crafted from American made, 4340 chromoly.

When you install a set of genuine TTS connecting rods in your high performance engine, you can rest assured that the design expertise, material and craftsmanship used during production are working hard to maximize your racing effort. Designed and manufactured using the latest in solid modeling and Cad/Cam technology. All Design and research is accomplished locally at the TTS facility. From 3d modeling and rapid prototyping to Finite Element Analysis equipment, all phases and quality control systems are all created on-site.

TTS Billet Connecting Rods come from intense research and development. Designed by TTS to strengthen the Rod and eliminate weakness at the stress points. The process requires expansive amounts of time involving product development.

Duramax Camshafts
Our exclusive precision ground and balanced camshafts are designed power and durability. We offer 3 versions: Street, Race and Xtreme.

Factory Cams use a single guide pin for cam gear placement. With increased power this becomes a weak point from shearing forces. TTS has strengthened this system into a keyway design in order to retain strength and reliability.
